
Protein Oatmeal with Fresh Berries

Ingredients overview
- 100 g fine oatmeal
- 30 g vanilla whey protein
- 200 ml whole milk 3.5%
- 50 g fresh strawberries
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 50 g fresh blueberries
- 10 g unsalted pistachios
- 1 handful fresh mint
Place the oatmeal together with the milk and 200 ml of water in a small pot. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the porridge has reached the desired creamy consistency. This usually only takes a few minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat.
Mix the protein powder in a glass or shaker with about 100 ml of water until no lumps remain. Stir the protein mixture into the oatmeal. If the porridge is too thick, you can add a splash of milk or water to adjust the consistency.
Divide the warm oatmeal into two bowls. Garnish each portion generously with fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped pistachios over it and refine the whole with a few fresh mint leaves. Enjoy immediately!
