Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 185–190 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Wash the zucchini, halve them lengthwise, and carefully scoop out the inside with a spoon. Finely chop the pulp and set aside. Lightly salt the hollowed-out zucchini and let them rest briefly as well.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the minced meat with the chopped zucchini pulp, finely grated garlic, tomato paste, egg, chopped basil, 30 g of the grated Parmesan, the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, as well as salt, pepper, and oregano.

Chef's tip

Serve the zucchini with a fresh green salad or a sour cream dip for an extra fresh touch.
