Dieser cremige Bananenpudding kommt ganz ohne Eier aus und ist im Handumdrehen zubereitet. - 250 ml Whole milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 25 g Cornstarch
- 20 g Liquid honey
- Ground cinnamon
- Baking cocoa
First, prepare a larger pot. Peel the bananas and add them to the pot along with 200 ml milk, the vanilla extract, and a pinch of turmeric. Puree everything until smooth with an immersion blender, then slowly bring to a boil over medium heat.
Meanwhile, whisk the remaining 50 ml milk with the cornstarch until smooth. Once the mixture in the pot begins to boil, reduce the heat. Add the cornstarch mixture and honey, stirring constantly. Let the pudding simmer for about 1–2 minutes until it thickens significantly.
Pour the finished pudding into glasses or small bowls and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Before enjoying, sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa as desired.
Chef's tip
For a vegan version, you can simply replace cow's milk with oat or almond milk and use maple syrup instead of honey.
