Preparation method

Place all the ingredients for the ice cream (strawberries, bananas, and whipping cream) into a blender and puree until smooth.

Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Before serving, let the popsicles sit at room temperature for a short time or briefly hold the mold under lukewarm water so the popsicles can be easily released.
