- 160 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 120 g bananas (approx. 1 large banana)
- 100 g sour cream

Place the blueberries, peeled banana, and sour cream into a blender and blend until a smooth, creamy mixture forms.

Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds. Gently tap the molds on the countertop to remove any air bubbles, and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Before serving, let the popsicles thaw briefly at room temperature or hold the mold briefly under lukewarm water. This will make it very easy to remove the popsicles from the mold. Enjoy your homemade refreshment!
Chef's tip
For an extra fruity touch, you can add a few whole blueberries directly into the molds before pouring in the pureed mixture.
