- 260g whole wheat flour
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 65g cane sugar
- 80g ground nuts
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees convection. Cut the bananas into small pieces. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- 2Add the dry ingredients to the egg-milk mixture and stir. Fold in the banana pieces.
- 3Fill 12 muffin molds with the batter and bake for approx. 25 min. Remove, let cool, and enjoy.
