Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Carefully line a small springform pan with baking paper.

Chop the dark chocolate into coarse pieces. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats with the vanilla soy drink, peanut butter, cane sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir in the chocolate pieces until a uniform mixture is formed.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes, until it is firm and lightly golden brown.
