Preparation of the Filling

First, stir the quark with one egg, 3 tbsp sugar, and the cornstarch until smooth in a small bowl and set aside.

Prepare the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, remaining sugar). Then add oil, the remaining 2 eggs, and natural yogurt, and mix everything into a smooth, semi-liquid dough.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or grease it and dust with flour. Spread the dough evenly on the sheet.
