- 260 g Carrots
- 680 g Bananas
- 320 g Apples
- 250 g rolled oats
- 72 g Baking cocoa
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 100 ml Water

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line a springform pan (Ø 25 cm) with baking paper, grease the edges with a little coconut oil. Clean the carrots, grate them finely, and squeeze out the juice. Puree the bananas and apples. Grind the oats and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a dough. Bake for 45 minutes. Prepare frosting from bananas and cocoa and spread it over the cake.
