Strawberry Cake with Oat Crumble

Remove all ingredients from the refrigerator about 2 hours before baking so they can reach room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a cake tin with some butter and dust with a little flour.

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the green parts, and toss the fruits in a little flour so they don't sink in the dough.
