Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat. Lightly grease 6 muffin cups with a little coconut oil or place them in a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and cocoa) until no lumps remain. Add the salt later.

Now add the Alpro chocolate drink, melted coconut oil, agave syrup, and salt. Stir everything into a smooth batter.
Chef's tip
For the perfect liquid core, baking time is crucial – every oven bakes differently, so keep an eye on the muffins from minute 7 onwards!
