Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a loaf pan with a little butter and lightly dust with flour.

Beat the eggs with the granulated sugar in a bowl until frothy.

Finely mash the ripe bananas with a fork and stir into the egg mixture. Add the melted butter and mix everything well.

Chef's tip

Use very ripe bananas with brown spots on the peel – they give the bread its natural sweetness and make it particularly moist.
