- 1 peach (peeled and diced)
- 6 fresh raspberries (optional)
- 120 ml still water
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco

Finely blend the diced peach together with the raspberries and 120 ml of still water in a blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Then strain the fruit puree through a fine sieve to remove any residue.

Distribute the finished puree evenly among six champagne flutes and carefully top with the well-chilled Prosecco. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Chef's tip
For a particularly intense aroma, use fully ripe vineyard peaches. If fresh peaches are not available, you can also use high-quality peach pulp.
