Ingredients

  • 1000 g Natural yogurt
  • 140 g Oats
  • 50 g Liquid honey
  • 40 g Dried fruit
  • 30 g Almond flakes
  • 30 g Walnut kernels
  • 10 g Pine nuts
  • 30 g Strawberries
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Method

    Preheat oven to 175°C. Mix all ingredients except the dried fruit in a bowl, spread everything onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 175°C for 20 minutes, turning regularly, until everything is nicely crispy. Then let the baking sheet cool down.

    Chop the dried fruit, mix it into the baked muesli mixture, and serve with fresh berries and natural yogurt.

    Scale up the ingredients to your desired number of portions and create a practical supply. The finished baked and cooled muesli can be ideally stored in well-sealed tins or jars.
