- 100 g fresh pineapple
- 340 ml coconut mix (coconut milk & coconut water)

Carefully peel the rambutans and remove the pit. Set the fruit flesh aside.

Peel the fresh pineapple, remove the hard core, and cut the fruit flesh into coarse pieces.

Place the prepared fruit together with 140 ml coconut milk and 200 ml coconut water into a blender. Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth and creamy consistency. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Chef's tip
For a particularly refreshing variation, you can briefly freeze the pineapple pieces before blending or add a few ice cubes.
