Preparation method
First, bring 700 ml of water to a boil in a large pot. Once the water boils, turn off the stove, add 6 bags of rosehip tea, the cinnamon stick, and the peeled, sliced ginger. Cover the pot with a lid and let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the orange juice and lemon juice. Wash the apple and cut it into small cubes. Peel the orange and slice it, and slice the lemon as well.
After the steeping time, remove the tea bags from the pot. Stir the honey into the still warm tea until it has dissolved. Then add the prepared orange and lemon juice and the cut fruit pieces.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can add the cinnamon stick and ginger already while the water is boiling. Make sure to use organic lemons if you are adding the peel to the punch.
