Ingredients

  • 200 g acai puree (frozen) and 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • ½ mango
  • 50 ml almond milk
  • 2 tsp almond butter
  • 1 handful fresh strawberries and blueberries

Preparation of the Bowl

    Break or cut the frozen acai puree into coarse pieces. Peel the banana and also cut it into pieces. Halve the mango, remove the flesh from the peel, and dice it.

    Put all the fruit together with the almond milk into a blender and blend on the highest setting until creamy and thick. If the mixture is too firm, add another splash of almond milk.

    Divide the acai cream into two bowls. Garnish with fresh berries, chia seeds, and a dollop of almond butter each, and enjoy immediately.
Tip
For a particularly firm consistency, you can also freeze the banana pieces beforehand. This way, the bowl will be almost like ice cream!
