- 1 fresh mango or 250 g frozen mango
- 150 g natural yogurt 3.5% fat
- 100 ml whole milk 3.5% fat
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
Peel the fresh mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and dice it into coarse cubes. If using frozen mango, there's no need to thaw it – this will make the lassi especially refreshing.
Place the mango cubes together with the milk in a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until a smooth mixture is formed.
Now add the natural yogurt, liquid honey, and a pinch of ground cardamom. Blend everything briefly again until the lassi is nice and frothy and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Chef's tip
If you are not using frozen mango, you can blend in a few ice cubes so that the lassi is served ice-cold. A fresh mint leaf as a garnish adds an extra visual touch.
