Generously fill a glass (preferably a highball or Copa glass) with ice cubes.
Pour 4 cl Tanqueray London Dry Gin over the ice.
Top with 12 cl chilled tonic water and stir gently to preserve the carbonation.

For an even more intense aroma, you can lightly squeeze the grapefruit slice on the rim of the glass before adding it.
