- 500 g apricots (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or ground vanilla
- 80 g maple syrup or agave nectar
- Fresh mint for garnish
Preparation
For the sorbet, we use well-ripened fruits. Wash and pit the apricots. Cut each apricot into eighths, place them in a freezer bag, and freeze completely in the freezer. (Tip: You can also use pre-frozen apricots to save time.)
Instructions
Place the frozen apricots together with the vanilla extract and maple syrup (or agave nectar) in a blender. Blend everything until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. If the mixture is too tart, simply add a little more syrup to taste.
Serve the sorbet immediately in bowls, garnish with fresh mint, and serve directly. Enjoy your meal!
Chef's tip
If you prefer the sorbet even creamier, you can add a splash of oat milk or coconut milk when blending.
