Preparation method
Wash the organic oranges thoroughly. To release the essential oils and full aroma, briefly blanch the oranges with boiling water. Afterwards, finely grate the peel and squeeze the juice from both oranges.
Bring the freshly squeezed orange juice, along with the zest and granulated sugar, to a boil in a small saucepan. Let it simmer gently over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a syrup forms. Remove from heat and let cool briefly.
Stir the sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar into the orange syrup until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and let it cool completely in the refrigerator overnight.
