Preparation method
Place the oats, chia seeds, and all dry ingredients of your chosen variation into a sealable jar. Add the yogurt, milk, and liquid ingredients. Seal the jar tightly and shake it well so that everything mixes evenly.
Cut the fruit into small, bite-sized pieces. Add it to the mixture in the jar and stir carefully with a long spoon. Seal the jar again and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. It will keep there for up to three days.
During the resting time, the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid, making the muesli wonderfully creamy and soft. If you do not want to use chia seeds, reduce the amount of milk to about 70 ml.
