Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly. Remove the hard stems from the kale and cut the leaves into coarse pieces.
Peel the mango, kiwis, and ginger. Depending on your blender's power, cut the fruit into coarse pieces. With a high-speed blender, it's often enough to just halve the fruit. Cut the ginger into small slices.
Add the prepared fruit, leafy greens, ginger, and approx. 250 ml of water to the blender. Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has a completely smooth and creamy consistency. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can also use an immersion blender – it takes a little longer but leads to the same result.
Chef's tip
For an extra creamy consistency, you can replace part of the water with coconut water or a splash of oat milk.
