Main Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Bananas

For the Pudding Layer

  • 400 ml Whole milk 3.5% fat
  • 250 g Semi-skimmed quark 20% fat
  • 30 g Vanilla pudding powder
  • 40 g Brown cane sugar

For the Oat Layer

  • 20 g Unsalted butter
  • 15 g Liquid honey
  • 60 g Coarse oats
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon

Preparation

  • 1
First, prepare the pudding layer: In a small saucepan, mix milk, pudding powder, and brown cane sugar. Simmer for approx. 2-3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the quark with a whisk. Cover the mixture directly on the surface with cling film (to prevent skin from forming) and let it cool in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the bananas and cut them into slices approx. 4 mm thick. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the oat layer and divide the mixture between two glasses (approx. 250 ml each).

Remove the cooled pudding from the refrigerator, remove the film, and whisk briefly again. Fill half of the pudding into the glasses over the oats. Distribute half of the banana slices on top. Add the remaining pudding and finish with the remaining banana slices.

Ideally, chill the filled glasses again for 30 minutes, but the parfait can also be served immediately. Before serving, sprinkle with a little cinnamon as desired.
