Preparation method

Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the pit, and divide it into coarse pieces. Also, peel and chop the banana.

Place the fruit together with the almond drink in a blender.

Blend everything on the highest setting until the smoothie has reached a wonderfully creamy consistency.

Chef's tip

For a particularly refreshing variation, you can briefly freeze the banana pieces before blending – this will make your smoothie almost like a shake!
