- 2 pcs peaches
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 500 ml Prosecco
Pit and peel the peaches. Cut into cubes and place in a blender together with the lemon juice. Purée until smooth and, if desired, pass through a fine sieve to get a particularly velvety purée.
Divide the peach purée evenly among champagne glasses and top up with well-chilled Prosecco.
Garnish with a peach slice and serve immediately.
Chef's tip
For an especially refreshing experience, chill the glasses and Prosecco well before preparation.
