Ingredients
- 125 ml Prosecco
- 5 ripe strawberries
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
Preparation
- 1Wash and hull the strawberries, then finely puree them together with a pinch of granulated sugar in a blender or with an immersion blender. The puree should be completely smooth.
- 2Pour the strawberry puree into a shaker with ice cubes and stir briefly until chilled. Then add the well-chilled Prosecco.
- 3Stir gently with a bar spoon to preserve the carbonation, then strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with a fresh strawberry as desired.
Tip
Make sure both the strawberry puree and the Prosecco are ice-cold before mixing them. This way, the Rossini tastes best!
