- 500 g fresh strawberries
- 250 g quark 20% fat
- 200 ml whipping cream 15% fat
- 100 ml whole milk 3.5% fat
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 10 ml lime juice
For Garnish
- 10 g unsalted pistachios
- 2 pcs fresh lemon balm

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, hull them, and remove the green tops. Set aside a few nice berries for garnish.

Place the remaining strawberries in a tall container. Add quark, whipping cream, milk, powdered sugar, and lime juice, then blend everything with an immersion blender until a smooth cream forms.

Pour the finished strawberry cream into bowls or glasses. Garnish with the reserved strawberries, chopped pistachios, and fresh lemon balm leaves. Chill until serving.
