Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 300 g fresh strawberries
  • 140 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 handful fresh physalis
  • 1 handful fresh raspberries
  • 1 handful fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp shelled pistachios
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Preparation

    Peel one banana and slice it. Wash and hull the strawberries. Freeze both for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).

    Place the frozen fruits together with the Greek yogurt in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk or water.

    Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls. Slice the second banana and garnish the bowl with banana slices, physalis, raspberries, blueberries, chopped hazelnuts, pistachios, and fresh mint leaves. Enjoy immediately!
Tip
For an extra portion of protein, you can add a spoon of protein powder or chia seeds to the blender.
