
Strawberry Cream Popsicles

Preparation method

Put all ingredients for the ice cream (strawberries, bananas, and whipping cream) into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Before serving, let the popsicles stand briefly at room temperature or hold the mold briefly under lukewarm water so that the popsicles can be easily removed.
Chef's tip
Use particularly ripe bananas for natural sweetness, so you can completely forgo additional sugar.
