- Juice of one lime
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- 1Prepare the glass noodles according to package instructions and halve them if they are too long.
- 2Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3Mix all ingredients and the sauce in a large bowl. Arrange the salad on a plate and garnish with peanuts.
- 4Grate the carrots, cut bell pepper into thin strips, cucumber into thin slices, and spring onion into rings. Finely chop the garlic.
