Cut about 50 g of the radishes into very fine cubes (approx. 3 mm). Finely grate the remaining radishes into a bowl.

Lightly squeeze the grated radishes and drain off the excess water. Then stir in the diced radishes.

Add cream cheese, low-fat quark, lemon juice, lemon zest, chives, and salt. Mix everything well and season to taste.
