Ingredients
- 150 g radishes
- 100 g natural cream cheese
- 50 g low-fat quark
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest (organic)
- 1 tbsp chives (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp fine table salt
- Farmer's bread (for serving)
Method
- 1Cut approximately 50 g of the radishes into very fine cubes (approx. 3 mm). Finely grate the remaining radishes into a bowl.
- 2Lightly squeeze the grated radishes and drain the excess water. Then stir in the diced radishes.
- 3Add cream cheese, low-fat quark, lemon juice, lemon zest, chives, and salt. Mix everything well and season to taste.
- 4Serve the spread on fresh farmer's bread. Tip: Only use the yellow part of the lemon zest, as the white part tastes bitter.
