Roast the hazelnuts in a hot pan without fat until golden brown, then roughly chop them.

Drain the tuna well in a sieve and break it into smaller pieces in a bowl.

Grate the carrots coarsely. Cut the red bell pepper into fine strips and the spring onions into fine rings.

Chef's tip

For an extra fresh note, you can also add some freshly grated lemon zest to the dressing.
