Ingredients

  • 250 g Penne Pasta
  • 200 g Tuna in olive oil (canned)
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 handful Green olives (pitted)

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions until al dente. Then drain, but do not rinse with cold water, so that they absorb the sauce better.

    While the pasta is cooking, cut the tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.

    Drain the oil from the tuna into a small pan and gently sauté the garlic in it over low heat until translucent and fragrant. Flake the tuna into coarse pieces with a fork.

    In a large bowl, combine the warm pasta with the garlic oil, tuna, and chopped vegetables. Fold in the olives and finely chopped fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper and serve lukewarm or cold.
