Boil the eggs in boiling water for 10-11 minutes until hard. Then rinse with cold water, peel, and cut into coarse cubes.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop the flesh from the skin, and also dice it. Immediately drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent it from browning.

Carefully mix the egg cubes with the avocado cubes.

Chef's tip

For an extra creamy texture, you can mash a portion of the avocado with a fork before folding in the remaining cubes.
