Ingredients
- 8 pcs fruit (apples, pears, oranges, bananas)
- 1 pc lemon (for the juice)
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 50 g walnuts and hazelnuts
Preparation
- 1Thoroughly wash, peel, and cut the fruit (apples, pears, oranges, bananas) into bite-sized pieces. Allow about 2 pieces of fruit per person.
- 2Place the fruit pieces in a bowl and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice to prevent browning. Sweeten with liquid honey to taste and mix gently.
- 3Finally, roughly chop the walnuts and hazelnuts and sprinkle them over the fruit salad. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Tip
Use seasonal fruit for the best flavor. In summer, berries or apricots also go wonderfully with it.
