- 200 g Salad Mix
- 100 g Radishes
- 10 pieces Strawberries
- 1/2 piece Avocado ready to eat
- 10 pieces Red Cherry Tomatoes
- 100 g Feta Cheese
- 20 g Pecans
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Liquid Honey
- 1 pinch Fine Iodized Table Salt
Thoroughly wash and pat dry the vegetables and strawberries. Slice the radishes thinly, quarter the strawberries and cherry tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and cut it into cubes. Dice the feta or crumble it roughly with your hands. Roughly chop the pecans.
For the dressing, thoroughly mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Combine the salad mix with the prepared vegetables, strawberries, and most of the feta in a large bowl. Drizzle with the dressing and gently mix. Arrange the salad on plates and serve sprinkled with the remaining feta and chopped pecans.
Chef's tip
For an even more intense aroma, you can briefly toast the pecans in a dry pan.
