Wash the iceberg lettuce thoroughly, spin dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces.

Halve the cantaloupe melon, remove the seeds, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Wash, hull, and dice the strawberries. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop the flesh from the skin, and cut into small cubes. Carefully crumble or cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces.
Dressing Preparation

For the dressing, combine the orange juice, liquid honey, olive oil, and avocado oil in a tall container. Blend everything with an immersion blender until a fine emulsion forms.
Chef's tip
For a particularly delicate aroma, use Gorgonzola Dolce. If you prefer a stronger flavor, opt for Gorgonzola Piccante.
