- 1 piece Red Onion

- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 bunch Fresh Coriander
- 1 bunch Fresh Oregano
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Finely dice the tomatoes, red onion, and chili pepper and place them in a large bowl.

Rinse the white beans, drain them well, and add them to the vegetables in the bowl. Finely chop the remaining ingredients such as coriander and oregano and fold them in. Season with freshly ground pepper, lime juice, and white wine vinegar to taste.
Chef's tip
For an extra creamy touch, you can dice a ripe avocado and carefully fold it into the salad.
