Slice half of the avocado into fine slices.

Spread a piece of cling film (approx. A4 size) on the work surface.

Place three slices of smoked salmon slightly overlapping next to each other in the center of the film. Spread the sliced avocado on top and place 15 g of cream cheese in the middle.
Chef's tip
For a particularly refined touch, you can enhance the dressing with some fresh dill.
Make sure to use a ripe avocado (ready-to-eat) so that the filling becomes nice and creamy.
