Remove the puff pastry from the package and unroll it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then cut the rolled-out dough into rectangles (approx. 7 x 7 cm) and spread with the red pesto.

Drain the olives and cut into small slices. Also drain the mozzarella and cut into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 180°C convection. Top the pastry rectangles with olives and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the basil leaves and sprinkle them over the baked pizza slices.
