Loaded Hot Dog with Cheddar

First, prepare the tomato salsa. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, and finely chop the onion, pickled gherkin, and pickled jalapeños. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and fold in the finely chopped coriander. Set aside a few leaves for garnish.

Slice open the hot dog buns and fill them with finely grated cheddar.

Preheat an outdoor or contact grill and grill the sausages. Place the cheese-filled buns on a cooler part of the grill so they toast lightly and the cheese melts.
