Ingredients

  • 300g Spaghetti
  • 2 Carrots
  • 250g Bolognese sauce in a jar
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 60g Parsley (1 bunch)
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Preparation

    Cook spaghetti 'al dente' according to package instructions. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Peel and finely dice the onions and carrots.

    Heat sunflower oil in a pot to sauté the diced onions and carrots until translucent. Then add the Bolognese sauce, bring to a boil while stirring constantly, and finally season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Rinse the spaghetti, drain, and return to the pot. Then add the Bolognese sauce over the pasta and mix well. Portion and serve the Spaghetti Bolognese on plates.
Tip
The longer your Bolognese sauce simmers, the more aromatic it will become. And the more aromatic the sauce, the more your children will enjoy it.
