Preparation method

Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain.

Melt the butter in a pot, stir in the plain wheat flour until smooth, and sauté briefly (béchamel base).

Gradually add the cow's milk while stirring constantly until a smooth sauce forms. Season with salt and pepper.
