Cook the pasta al dente in plenty of salted water (approx. 20 g salt per liter) and then drain.

Quarter the zucchini lengthwise and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chili pepper lengthwise and slice into fine strips. Finely chop the sage as well. Squeeze the salsiccia out of its casing and tear into coarse pieces.
Chef's tip
Instead of fresh pappardelle, you can also use 80 g dried pasta. Simply cook according to package instructions.
