Grate the Cheddar coarsely with a grater and set aside.

Pour the whole milk into a large pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the uncooked macaroni (horn-shaped pasta) directly into the boiling milk. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.

Reduce the heat and let the pasta simmer gently for about 10–15 minutes, stirring frequently, until it is soft and the milk has thickened into a creamy sauce.
