Preparation method

Cook the pappardelle al dente in plenty of boiling salted water (approx. 2 tbsp salt).

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the minced meat with the finely chopped rosemary, white wine, salt, and pepper.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the finely diced onion until translucent. Add the meat mixture and fry for approx. 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the bay leaves and fry for another 2 minutes.

Chef's tip

For an even more intense aroma, you can marinate the minced meat with the spices and wine 30 minutes before preparation.
