Ingredients
- Kitchin Chifferi #No.132
- 2 onions
- 1–2 tbsp Kitchin ORGANIC Ghee
- 2 packs Param Paneer à 200 g
- ½ can Kitchin Green Peas
- 1 pack Karma Food Korma Paste
- 1 tsp Karma Food Papa Masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Preparation
- 1Add peas and paneer cubes, let everything simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
- 2Season with Papa Masala and salt. Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander and enjoy.
- 3Cook Chifferi pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some of the cooking water.
- 4Cut paneer into cubes and fry until golden brown in a pan with some Kitchin Organic Ghee. Remove and set aside.
- 5In the same pan, sauté the onions in organic ghee until translucent and slightly caramelized. Add the Korma paste and roast briefly.
- 6Add the cooked pasta and some pasta water, mix well and let it steep for 2 minutes.
