Ingredients

  • Kitchin Chifferi #No.132
  • 2 onions
  • 1–2 tbsp Kitchin ORGANIC Ghee
  • 2 packs Param Paneer à 200 g
  • ½ can Kitchin Green Peas
  • 1 pack Karma Food Korma Paste
  • 1 tsp Karma Food Papa Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Preparation

    Add peas and paneer cubes, let everything simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.

    Season with Papa Masala and salt. Sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander and enjoy.

    Cook Chifferi pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some of the cooking water.

    Cut paneer into cubes and fry until golden brown in a pan with some Kitchin Organic Ghee. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, sauté the onions in organic ghee until translucent and slightly caramelized. Add the Korma paste and roast briefly.

    Add the cooked pasta and some pasta water, mix well and let it steep for 2 minutes.
