Preparation method

First, prepare a large pot. Fill with water for the pasta, lightly salt, and bring to a boil. Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook over medium heat according to package directions (we cooked the pasta for 12 minutes).

Meanwhile, cut the chicken ham into thin strips and finely chop the green onions and the yellow onion.

Preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a deeper, oven-safe pan (Ø 27 cm). Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan over medium heat.
