Preparation method

Wash the rice thoroughly. Bring to a boil in a pot with the milk, 200 ml water, and a pinch of salt. Simmer gently for approx. 15–20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Then let it cool down slightly.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

For the filling, stir the quark smooth with one egg, honey (or sugar), and the raisins. Wash the apricots, halve them, and remove the pits (if using canned fruit, drain them well).
